This decoration is represented by a sash, sash badge, breast star, collar chain, collar badge and a miniature medal. The badges are manufactured in 925 sterling silver with purple enamel detailing. The second class order is awarded to descendants of Sultan Azlan Shah as well as members of the Perak royal family.
